Does this replace legal or compliance advice?
No. This tool is educational and indicative only. It does not replace legal or compliance advice from a qualified professional.
What does my score mean?
Your score is a relative readiness indicator, not a compliance certificate. It highlights areas with higher residual ML/TF risk.
Where is my data stored?
This tool stores your assessment data locally in your browser. Your answers are not sent to any server or third party. You can clear your data at any time by clearing your browser storage.
What is a PEP?
A PEP is a Politically Exposed Person. The tool uses this term in line with AUSTRAC AML/CTF expectations and the current Tranche 2 framework.
